Belgian Design Forum

The Belgian Design Forum consists of 500 recognised quality designers in Flanders and 200 companies that integrate design into their strategy. With the Belgian Design Forum, Design Flanders aims to develop the networking between the talents of the design and business worlds in Flanders and to contribute to strengthening the creative dynamics in our economy.

This new strategy is designed to bring Flemish businesses to a higher level of quality by offering them a strong programme concentrating on design and design management. After all, design is not just a product, but also a process that companies should approach in a professional manner. When integrated into the corporate strategy all the way up to senior management level, design management has also been found to lead to better economic results.

As a VLAO unit, Design Flanders - the only Flemish government institution in this field - advises business in their search for the right designer. It promotes design both in Belgium and abroad, but primarily to Flemish enterprises.
